Refund Policy

At Al Khair Food, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide fresh, high-quality chakki atta with every order. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and food safety reasons.

A return may be accepted only if:

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The package is torn or tampered with upon arrival.

  • The product has expired before delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • Your order is cancelled before shipment.

  • We are unable to deliver your order.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

  • The product arrives damaged or unfit for consumption.

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been opened or consumed.

  • The issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.

  • The product was damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • The customer provided an incorrect delivery address or was unavailable to receive the order.
